2.2 How CNIC Information is Handled

When users enter a CNIC number:

  • The CNIC is used ONLY to help compose SMS messages for official shortcodes (8070, 8171, 9999, 8123)
  • The app may also assist users in opening official government tracking portals including Rahmat Card services
  • SMS messages are sent directly from the user's device
  • We do NOT store, collect, save, or transmit CNIC numbers
  • No developer, advertiser, or third party has access to entered CNIC numbers
  • The app cannot read SMS inbox messages or delivery reports

2.3 Locally Stored Information

The app may locally store minimal preferences on your device:

  • Language Preference: Urdu/English selection

This information stays entirely on your device and is deleted when the app is uninstalled.
